Set Includes: Premier fly fishing rod with cordura rod case and an Avid fly reel.

The Premier rod is a medium-fast action IM8 carbon rod, durable, accurate, and high-performing. The K-carbon insert with a solid machined aluminum reel seat features twin up locking rings.

4-piece rod fitted with tip-over-butt ferrules with alignment dots and ceramic stripping guides, hard chrome stainless steel snake guides and tip.

The Avid fly reel is a CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum alloy for high-impact durability and is resistant to corrosion. With a mid-arbor design, it has a great balance of backing capacity and rapid line pickup.

Teflon disc and stainless steel drag system with one-way clutch bearing allow for smooth, immediate drag engagement. Finely machined and knurled metal screw caps loosen the spool and allow you to easily change the retrieve from left to right hand. One revolution drag knob which has numbered and detented setting.

As optional extra's you can add an extra spare spool or add backing, Eco floating line and leader to the reel.

The rod comes in either a standard rod tube or travel tube depending on availability.
