Avid Ultra Reel

The Avid Ultra reels are fully machined from 6061-T6 aluminum for high impact and robust durability. It has a hard anodized coating for corrosion resistance. A smooth, reliable and powerful drag with its hybrid cork, teflon and stainless steel disc drag system. The mirco one-way clutch bearing provides immediate drag engagement. The super large arbor gives you an increase in line retrieval per revolution and drastically reduces line memory. Both the spool and drag knob are finely machined and knurled, which gives it a classy finish and great feel.
