Avid Pro Reel

The AvidPro reels are fully machined from 6061-T6 aluminum for high impact and robust durability. It has a hard anodized coating for corrosion resistance under all conditions. You are guaranteed a smooth, reliable and powerful drag with its hybrid cork, teflon and stainless steel disc drag system. The mirco one-way clutch bearing that provides immediate drag engagement is held in place by a screw cap which makes changing retrieval direction easy. The super large arbor gives you a 36% increase in line retrieval per revolution and drastically reduces line memory compared to standard traditional style arbors. Both the spool and drag knob are finely machined and knurled that gives the AvidPro a classy finish and great feel too. All the AvidPro reels come rapped up in a protective neoprene reel pouch.
